During the first consultation I will take a very detailed account of your medical history including all of your symptoms.
Restoring good health involves treating both mind and body, so time is taken to listen to both physical and mental/emotional issues. The first visit will usually last about 1 to 1.5 hours. Subsequent visits are usually shorter (30 to 45 minutes) depending on the nature of the complaint.

As well as in person consultations, Zoom is also an option. If possible I would prefer to see you in person for the first appointment and any follow ups may be carried out via Zoom.
